BEACHWOOD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Retail Value Inc. announced the tax allocation of the 2024 distribution on its common shares.

For holders of Retail Value Inc. common shares, the Form 1099-DIV summarizes the allocation of the 2024 distribution. The amount indicated on Form 1099-DIV should be reported on shareholders’ 2024 federal income tax returns. The schedule below, presented on a per share basis, is provided for informational purposes and should only be used to clarify the Form 1099-DIV.
