Primaris REIT Announces Distribution for January 2025

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (“Primaris” or the “Trust”) (TSX: PMZ.UN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a distribution of $0.0717 per unit for the month of January 2025, representing $0.86 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on February 17, 2025 to unitholders of record on January 31, 2025.
