Primaris REIT Announces Distribution for January 2024
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (“Primaris REIT”) (TSX: PMZ.UN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a distribution of $0.07 per unit for the month of January, 2024, representing $0.84 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on February 15, 2024 to unitholders of record on January 31, 2024.
