Plymouth Industrial REIT Declares Third Quarter 2020 Common Stock Dividend

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. (NYSE: PLYM) today announced that the Company’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per diluted share, or an annualized dividend of $0.80 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2020. The dividend is payable on October 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2020.
