MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Permian Resources Corporation (“Permian Resources” or the “Company”) (NYSE: PR) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly base cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis. The base dividend is payable on September 30, 2025 to shareholders of record as of September 16, 2025.
