Park City Group Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Park City Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCYG), parent company of ReposiTrak, the world's largest food traceability and regulatory compliance network, built upon its proven inventory management and out-of-stock reduction SaaS platform, today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share ($0.06 per year), payable to shareholders of record on September 29, 2023. The cash dividends will be paid to shareholders of record on or about November 1, 2023.
