PYP Holdings LLC Acquires WaterDog Adventure Gear®

LAPEER, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PYP Holdings, LLC (PYP), a leading distributor of specialty dog and cat products, has acquired the assets and intellectual property of WAG Products, LLC (WAG). WAG manufactures and sells a line of devices that allow dogs to safely enter and exit the water under the brand name WaterDog Adventure Gear®. WAG Boarding Steps™ are the leading dog entry/exit solution for use with recreational and sport applications across boats, docks and pools.

Headquartered in Lapeer, Michigan, PYP manufactures and sells patented and proprietary pet containment systems under the brand names Dog-Proofer™, Purrfect Fence® and Habitat Haven™. The company has helped keep over 200,000 pets safe in the U.S. and also has an international presence in Germany, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
