(“Ouster”) a leading provider of high-resolution digital lidar sensors for the industrial automation, smart infrastructure, robotics, and automotive industries, and Colonnade Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: CLA) (“CLA”), today announced that they will host a virtual investor day event on Monday, February 22, 2021.
In December, Ouster entered into a definitive merger agreement with CLA in a transaction that would result in Ouster being listed on the NYSE. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2021, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The event will begin at 8:00 a.m. PT and is expected to conclude at 10:30 a.m. PT. The event will feature live presentations from Dr. Stephen Fantone, an optical engineering expert, and Ouster executives including CEO Angus Pacala and CFO, Anna Brunelle. There will also be live Q&A following the presentations.
