OFG Bancorp Declares Regular Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- OFG Bancorp (NYSE: OFG) today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The dividend is payable July 15, 2025, to holders of record at June 30, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of June 30, 2025.
