O2 Investment Partners Announces Appointment of Nick Lemire
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) announced today the appointment of Nick Lemire as the firm’s newest Associate. Luke Plumpton announced the addition saying, “On behalf of O2, it is my pleasure to welcome Nick to the team. Nick brings valuable experience in transaction analysis and execution, which will be a significant asset to our team. We anticipate he’ll quickly add value to our portfolio and support our pursuit of new acquisitions.”
In the new role, Nick will be responsible for evaluating new transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and collaborating with O2’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining O2, Nick was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mid-Cap group at Wells Fargo, where he advised family- and founder-owned businesses on buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions across the consumer and industrial sectors. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
