NIKE, Inc. Declares $0.41 Quarterly Dividend

BEAVERTON, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NIKE, Inc. (NYSE: NKE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.41 per share on the Company’s outstanding Class A and Class B Common Stock payable on January 2, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2025. This represents an increase of 3 percent versus the prior quarterly dividend rate of $0.40 per share. Today’s announcement marks the 24th consecutive year that NIKE has increased its quarterly dividend.
