JetBlue Names Justin Thompson Vice President, IT Data and Analytics

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JetBlue (Nasdaq: JBLU) today announced the promotion of Justin Thompson to vice president, IT data and analytics. In this role, Thompson will oversee the airline’s data engineering, data science, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and business intelligence.

Reporting to Carol Clements, JetBlue’s chief digital and technology officer, Thompson will spearhead initiatives to scale JetBlue’s data and AI capabilities in alignment with the airline’s JetForward strategy—a framework designed to guide JetBlue back to sustained profitability.
