Intrinsic LLC names Dan Kahn and Siobhan Maio as Co-Chief Executive Officers

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intrinsic LLC, a national transaction and valuation advisory firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado names Chief Operating Officer, Dan Kahn and Chief Revenue Officer, Siobhan Maio as Co-Chief Executive Officers after an extensive CEO search following co-founder Alex Hodgkin’s retirement as CEO last year.

Dan Kahn joined Intrinsic in 2019 as Managing Director and leader of the Transaction Advisory Services practice and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

Siobhan Maio joined Intrinsic as Chief Revenue Officer in May 2023 from Kingfish Group where she was a Partner leading the private equity diligence and co-investment practices.
