As a seasoned technology executive, Charles brings to InRule two decades of experience leading rapid-growth software companies and serving global customers. Snellgrove succeeds Rik Chomko, who will remain an investor in InRule and will continue to serve as Founder and Advisor to the company.
With a robust technical background and experience leading both founder-led and private equity-backed SaaS companies, Charles has demonstrated a unique ability to strategically grow technology companies to meaningful scale while preserving company culture.
Prior to joining InRule, Charles served as CEO of Fastpath, a leader in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and identity access rights. Fastpath was a Pamlico Capital portfolio company prior to its recent sale to Delinea, a recognized provider of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for the enterprise. Prior to Fastpath, Mr. Snellgrove served as CEO of Wintellect, a leader in app modernization and development that was acquired by Atmosera to create full-service offerings on Microsoft Azure.
“I am thrilled to join InRule and lead a team that is deeply committed to empowering our customers to make better decisions faster to achieve exceptional business outcomes,” said Snellgrove. “I look forward to building on InRule’s strong foundation and driving our mission forward to create even more value for our user community in the years to come.”
"I couldn’t be more proud of the team at InRule and what we’ve accomplished since Loren Goodman and I founded the company in 2002,” said Chomko. “InRule's success has always been driven by a commitment to innovation, ease of use and peerless customer support and I am confident that Charles is the right leader to guide InRule in its next chapter of growth.”
