Imperial declares first quarter 2020 dividend

CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Imperial Oil Limited today declared a quarterly dividend of 22 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company, payable on April 1, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 5, 2020.

This first quarter 2020 dividend compares with the fourth quarter 2019 dividend of 22 cents per share.
