Anirban Basu, Vice-President, Software Engineering at Ideon Technologies

A technology executive with more than 20 years of experience, he has built and scaled engineering organizations across Asia, Europe, and North America. Throughout his career, he has led software, data, analytics, AI, and platform teams at global organizations including Amazon, Air France KLM, and Nike, as well as emerging technology companies serving industrial and enterprise markets. He brings expertise in data platforms, geospatial systems, 3D visualization, IoT, cloud architecture, and AI-assisted software development.

Most recently, Basu served as Vice-President of Engineering at VRIFY, where he led multidisciplinary product, engineering, and design teams and helped accelerate product delivery and engineering performance. Prior to VRIFY, he held senior leadership roles at Geoforce, Amazon, Nike, Travix, and Air France KLM, leading large-scale software organizations and complex technology transformations.
