NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HST Pathways, a leader in cloud-based software systems for surgical centers, today announced the appointment of Nancy Ham, CEO of innovative rehab therapy platform WebPT, to its Board of Directors. Ham joins as an Independent Member of the Board to help guide HST Pathways’ rapid growth.

Ham is a highly accomplished healthcare technology CEO with a demonstrated ability to drive exceptional outcomes across the digital health and IT spaces. She joined WebPT as CEO and a board member in 2016 to help scale the most trusted software solution for outpatient rehab therapy providers and expand awareness of physical therapy as an effective, cost-efficient patient care pathway. While in that role, WebPT has reached a 99% retention rate, a 99.99% uptime rate, and 35% market share.
