GULFPORT, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hancock Whitney Corporation (Nasdaq: HWC) today announced that at its April meeting, the Company’s Board of Directors (“the Board”) approved a regular second quarter 2024 common stock cash dividend of $0.40 per common share, an increase of $0.10 per common share, or 33%. The second quarter dividend is payable on June 14, 2024 to shareholders of record as of June 5, 2024.
