NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (HSF Kramer) announced today the elections of Tyler Hendry and Danielle MacGillivray to the firm’s partnership in the US. Both are based in New York and are among a global cohort of 25 lawyers being promoted by the firm.

Tyler Hendry — Employment
Tyler Hendry advises clients on employment law in advisory, litigation and M&A matters, with a focus on compliance, litigation avoidance, trainings, investigations and global personnel policies. He represents corporate defendants in federal and state courts, administrative proceedings and arbitration, defending wage, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblower claims. His experience includes appellate advocacy, landmark joint‑employer litigation before the National Labor Relations Board and cross‑border M&A in the financial and energy sectors. He also counsels employers on workplace issues across industries.
Hendry received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Le Moyne College and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
Danielle MacGillivray — Corporate (Mining & Energy, M&A, Joint Ventures and Finance)
Danielle MacGillivray advises clients on complex corporate and finance transactions in the mining and energy sectors. She is known by her clients for her rare and highly developed sector knowledge and acts for global resources companies on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, marketing and offtake agreements, operating agreements, project development, project finance, acquisition finance and infrastructure-related transactions (including port and rail). She has significant experience advising on critical mineral projects and liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects across the Americas, Australia and other key global markets.
MacGillivray graduated at the top of her class in both law and accounting from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
