ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) today announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase in the Company’s regular quarterly cash dividend from $0.2350 per share of common stock to $0.2450 per share of common stock, payable on May 14, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2026.
H.B. Fuller has paid quarterly cash dividends on its common stock for 58 consecutive years.
