Graco Increases Quarterly Dividend 9.4 Percent

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 17.5 cents ($0.175) per common share, an increase of 9.4 percent, payable on Feb. 5, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 21, 2020. The Company has approximately 166.9 million shares outstanding.
