DEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. (NYSE: FBIN or “Fortune Brands” or the “Company”), an industry-leading innovation company focused on creating smarter, safer and more beautiful homes and improving lives, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per common share on May 6, 2024. The dividend is payable on June 12, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 24, 2024.
