CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Exelon Corporation declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share on Exelon’s common stock. The dividend is payable on June 13, 2025, to Exelon’s shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 12, 2025.
