Family-Office Backed Platform Acquires Houston Agency with Focus on HOAs

TARRYTOWN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Enterprise Risk Associates LLC (“ERA”) today announced the acquisition of Hamann Insurance Group, LLC (“HIG”) of Katy, TX on June 17, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

For more than 45 years, Hamann Insurance Group has been serving both commercial and individual clients in the Houston metropolitan area. The agency has earned a reputation as a preferred insurance broker for HOAs and condominiums, and founder Dennis Hamann is a recognized leader in the specialty. Mr. Hamann will continue in his role with HIG post-closing.
