Acquisition Adds Prominent Huntington Beach Physical Therapy Specialists Group to the Empower Family

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Empower Physical Therapy today announced the acquisition of Huntington Beach Physical Therapy Specialists (“HBPTS”), located in Orange County California. Founder-owners, Risha Strople PT, DPT, PRPC, Bryan Strople PT, DPT, TPI M2, and Nathan Kindstrand, PT, DPT, OCS, ATC, CSCS, TPI-1 will continue to lead the business and join the Empower leadership team.

Huntington Beach Physical Therapy Specialists have provided outpatient physical therapy services using a hands-on, individualized approach for over 25 years. HBPTS has been known for providing excellent orthopedic practice and grew to incorporate pelvic health specialization, TMJD treatments, and sports specific training for 10+ years. They expanded their footprint to add Tustin Physical Therapy Specialists in 2018- a sports-based clinic within the new Hoag Legacy medical center. Continued expansion led to a second sports-based facility in the Huntington Beach Harbour area in 2021, and the acquisition of OrthoSport OC Physical Therapy in Mission Viejo in 2022. Today these facilities are the largest clinics in the Huntington Beach area and pride themselves on excellent patient satisfaction, consistent physician collaboration, and excellent functional results for their patients.
