WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Easterly Government Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DEA) (the “Company” or “Easterly”), a fully integrated real estate investment trust focused primarily on the acquisition, development and management of Class A commercial properties leased to the U.S. Government and its adjacent partners, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per common share. The dividend will be payable on November 20, 2025 to shareholders of record on November 7, 2025.
