Dream Residential REIT Announces October 2023 Monthly Distribution

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DREAM RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (TSX: DRR.U and TSX: DRR.UN) (“Dream Residential REIT” or the “REIT”) today announced its October 2023 monthly distribution in the amount of US$0.035 per unit (US$0.42 annualized). The October distribution will be payable on November 15, 2023 to unitholders of record as at October 31, 2023.
