Dream Residential REIT Announces January 2024 Monthly Distribution

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DREAM RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (TSX: DRR.U and TSX: DRR.UN) (“Dream Residential REIT” or the “REIT”) today announced its January 2024 monthly distribution in the amount of US$0.035 per unit (US$0.42 annualized). The January distribution will be payable on February 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as at January 31, 2024.
