Dream Office REIT Announces February 2024 Post-Consolidation Monthly Distribution

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DREAM OFFICE REIT (TSX: D.UN) (“Dream Office” or the “Trust”) today announced its February 2024 monthly distribution of 8.333 cents ($1.00 annualized) per REIT Unit, Series A (“REIT A Units”). The February distribution will be payable on March 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as at February 29, 2024.

The Trust will be implementing the consolidation (“Unit Consolidation”) of all the issued and outstanding REIT A Units, REIT Units, Series B (“REIT B Units”) and Special Trust Units of the Trust (collectively, the “Units”) on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Unit for every two (2) pre-consolidation Units on or around February 22, 2024 and the REIT A Units are expected to begin trading on a post-consolidation basis on the Toronto Stock Exchange at market opening on February 27, 2024. As previously announced on February 14, 2024, the monthly distributions on the REIT A Units of the Trust are currently $0.08333 per REIT A Unit on a pre-consolidation basis and following the completion of the Unit Consolidation, the monthly distributions of the Trust, including the February distribution, will remain $0.08333 per REIT A Unit and will not be proportionately increased or adjusted.
