Company Remains Focused on Execution, Commercialization and Creating Long-Term Shareholder Value

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Datavault AI Inc. (Nasdaq: DVLT) (“Datavault AI” or the “Company”), an Artificial Intelligence Platform (“AIP”) company focused on data monetization, credentialing, digital engagement, real-world asset (“RWA”) tokenization and spatial audio technologies, today issued the following statement in response to recently filed shareholder litigation and related notices being circulated by plaintiffs’ law firms.

Datavault AI is aware of the recently filed securities litigation against the Company and certain of its officers. The Company takes these matters seriously and intends to vigorously defend itself against the claims asserted.

A number of the allegations contained in the recent litigation concern subjects previously raised in an October 31, 2025 short-seller report published by Wolfpack Research. Datavault AI and its Chief Executive Officer subsequently filed litigation against Wolfpack Research and its founder, Dan David, alleging, among other claims, defamation, false light, tortious interference and unjust enrichment arising from that report.

The Company stands behind its public disclosures and believes its actions have been, and continue to be, focused on advancing the interests of the Company and its shareholders. Datavault AI intends to address the allegations through the appropriate legal process and does not believe it is in the best interests of shareholders to litigate these matters through public commentary.

“While we understand that the volume of legal notices and advertisements surrounding securities litigation can create concern among shareholders, our responsibility is to remain focused on the facts, the business and execution,” said Nathaniel Bradley, Chief Executive Officer of Datavault AI. “We intend to vigorously defend the Company while continuing to execute on the strategy we have laid out for our shareholders.”

Datavault AI’s operational priorities remain unchanged. The Company continues to focus on the commercialization of its technology platform, the launch and expansion of its exchange infrastructure, the scaling of SanQtum, the integration of recently acquired and pending strategic assets, and the conversion of contracted opportunities into commercial activity and recognized revenue.

“We believe the best response we can provide to our shareholders is continued execution,” Bradley continued. “Our team remains focused on building the business, serving our customers and partners, and creating long-term shareholder value.”

The Company does not intend to comment further on pending litigation except as appropriate or required by applicable law.
