Coupa now lets external AI, including Microsoft Copilot and custom-built agents, securely tap into live spend data without standing up custom integrations. This is powered by Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration via Navi Connect, an open-standard framework offering more than 30 out-of-the-box tools spanning procurement, invoicing, contracts, and expenses.
