SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) has declared a dividend of $0.525 per share, payable on June 1, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2021.
