C.H. Robinson Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (“C.H. Robinson”) (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared an increase to its regular quarterly cash dividend to 62 cents ($0.62) per share from 61 cents ($0.61) per share, payable on October 1, 2024, to shareholders of record on September 6, 2024.

C.H. Robinson has distributed uninterrupted dividends that have increased annually on a per share basis for more than twenty-five years. As of August 7, 2024, there were approximately 117,630,781 shares outstanding.
