C.H. Robinson Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (“C.H. Robinson”) (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared an increase to its regular quarterly cash dividend to 51 cents ($0.51) per share from 50 cents ($0.50) per share, payable on December 31, 2019, to shareholders of record on December 16, 2019.

C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty-five years. As of December 5, 2019, there were approximately 135,002,925 shares outstanding.
