C.H. Robinson Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (“C.H. Robinson”) (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 55 cents ($0.55) per share, payable on July 1, 2022, to shareholders of record on June 3, 2022.

C.H. Robinson has distributed uninterrupted dividends without decline for more than twenty years. As of May 5, 2022, there were approximately 127,196,195 shares outstanding.
