BW LPG Limited - Mandatory Notification of Trade

SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kristian Sørensen, Chief Executive Officer has purchased 1,000 shares in BW LPG Limited (“BW LPG” or the “Company”, OSE ticker code: “BWLPG.OL”, NYSE ticker code “BWLP”) on 19 December 2024 at a price of NOK 115 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Sørensen holds 6,000 shares in BW LPG.
