HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Axcelus Financial (“Axcelus”) has named Keith Stock Chief Executive Officer for its Bermuda-based Class-C Insurance companies: Axcelus Financial Life Ltd., Axcelus Financial Global Insurance Ltd., Axcelus Financial Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Ltd, and holding company Axcelus Financial Holdings Ltd. The Class C insurance companies are leading international providers of private placement life insurance, individual variable annuities and institutional group annuities placed through an international network of financial advisors and distributors. Mr. Stock also serves as a Director of Axcelus. His appointment comes after a year of strong international growth for Axcelus following its successful rebrand in January 2024.

Prior to joining Axcelus, he has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Reinsurance Limited, Executive Chairman of Clarien Bank Limited, Chief Strategy Officer of U.S.-based insurer TIAA, and President of Mastercard Advisors, the card services, information and insurance unit of Mastercard Worldwide.
