Sepucha Joins Atlas's Executive Team to Accelerate National Growth

Sepucha joins Atlas at an inflection point in the company's growth. Having just secured a significant funding round in partnership with investors Rubicon Founders and Flare Capital Partners, including a commitment to make available up to $100 million in additional capital, Atlas is establishing itself as a market leader. It currently partners with oncology practices across three states and has entered into a value-based arrangement with a large national payer. Atlas is poised for expansion, with a robust pipeline of additional practice partnerships for launch in the remainder of this year and 2027.

Sepucha joins Atlas from Interwell Health, the nation's largest value-based kidney care provider, where he led a team caring for more than 150,000 Americans with advanced kidney disease and managed more than $7 billion in total medical cost. As Chief Executive Officer, Sepucha helped lead the organization through a three-way merger of Cricket Health, Interwell Health, and Fresenius Health Partners and into a period of national scale. He previously served as CEO of Cricket Health and spent nearly a decade in government affairs and policy at Fresenius Medical Care. His experience building physician partnerships, working with national health plans, and scaling value-based specialty care will be central to Atlas’s next phase of growth.
