Appficiency Announces Strategic Growth Investment in RedPoint Solutions

The investment expands Appficiency’s Salesforce and Field Service capabilities across key industries

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Appficiency Inc. (“Appficiency”), a global IT consulting firm and software business delivering enterprise digital transformation services, today announced a strategic growth investment in RedPoint Solutions (“RedPoint”), a technology consulting firm specializing in Salesforce, integration and Field Service solutions for the construction, manufacturing, transportation & logistics, and energy industries.

The partnership will provide growth capital to RedPoint while expanding Appficiency’s Salesforce capabilities alongside its established Oracle NetSuite practice. By bringing together expertise across ERP, CRM, integration and Field Service, the partnership will broaden Appficiency’s expertise to support organizations across more of their enterprise technology environment.

The investment comes as businesses increasingly look to connect customer-facing and back-office systems. According to Salesforce’s 2026 State of Field Service research, only 16% of field service organizations say their field and back-office technology are united on a single platform.
