As head of talent acquisition in Angeles’ affiliated operations group, Pattee will help to accelerate the speed and quality of talent acquisition, driving the attraction and selection of key executives as well as developing and implementing best practices in recruiting and talent management across the Angeles portfolio.

Before joining Angeles Operations Group, Tanner was the Head of Go-To-Market Recruiting for the ASG division of Alpine Investors, a people-driven private equity firm based in San Francisco. Before joining ASG, he spent five years in various talent roles at Clutter, a portfolio company of SoftBank and Sequoia Capital. Tanner began his career at Career Group Search, a boutique executive search firm in Los Angeles. Pattee graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA.
