ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Ameris Bancorp (NYSE: ABCB) (the “Company”) has declared a dividend of $0.20 per share of the Company’s common stock, which represents an increase of $0.05, or 33.3%, per share compared with the previous quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share. The common stock dividend is payable on January 6, 2025, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2024.
