American Business Bank Declares Cash Dividend
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AMERICAN BUSINESS BANK (OTCQX: AMBZ) (the “Bank”) today proudly announced that its Board of Directors has declared its first quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.25 per share. The dividend is expected to be paid March 17, 2025 to shareholders of record as of February 24, 2025. Leon Blankstein, Chief Executive Officer and Director, stated, “Our strong earnings over the past several years have allowed us the ability to declare a cash dividend and maintain a strong capital position.
