Allstate Announces Preferred Dividends

NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Allstate declared approximately $29.3 million in aggregate dividends on three series of preferred stock for the dividend period from April 15, 2024, through July 14, 2024. All the preferred dividends are payable in cash on July 15, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2024, as follows:
