Acture Solutions to Acquire Digital Back Office

ALBANY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Acture Solutions (“Acture” or the “Company”), a leading managed service provider serving regulated end markets across the Northeast, today announced an agreement to acquire Digital Back Office. The acquisition deepens Acture’s core capabilities, increases market density, and advances the Company’s strategy of building a specialized MSP in highly regulated industries.

Founded in 1991, Digital Back Office is a Connecticut-based managed services provider and internet service provider serving K-12 municipalities, schools, and commercial clients across the Northeast. The Company delivers mission-critical network infrastructure and connectivity solutions, including managed wide-area network ("WAN") services, broadband access, cybersecurity, network design, monitoring, and IT support. It provides end-to-end network management by combining leased fiber connectivity, internet access, and managed security solutions into a comprehensive service offering.
