AIR Communities Announces Quarterly Common Dividend of $0.45 Per Share

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Apartment Income REIT Corp. ("AIR") (NYSE: AIRC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. This dividend is payable on August 30, 2022, to stockholders of record on August 19, 2022.
