iRhythm Technologies (IRTC) Announces Departure of Mojdeh Poul from Board

On January 23, 2025, Mojdeh Poul notified iRhythm Technologies (NASDAQ: IRTC) of her decision to not seek re-election to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) at the expiration of her current term, which term ends on the date of the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders. Ms. Poul’s announcement follows her recent appointment, effective January 6, 2025, as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation. Ms. Poul has notified the Company that her decision to not seek re-election to the Board is not based on any disagreement with the Company.
