eBay adds Brian Sharples to board of directors

eBay Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) appointed Brian H. Sharples to its board of directors, effective March 20, 2026, according to a company statement.

The board expanded from 11 to 12 members to accommodate the appointment. Sharples' term will expire at the company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders or when his successor is elected and qualified.

The company made the announcement on March 19, 2026.
