Wilmington Capital Management replaces three board directors
Wilmington Capital Management Inc. (TSX: WCM.A, WCM.B) announced changes to its board of directors on December 31, 2025.
Joseph Killi, Christopher Killi and Marc Sardachuk stepped down from their roles as directors and officers of the Calgary-based investment company. The departures are part of a previously announced transition plan, according to a company statement.
The company simultaneously appointed Irfhan Rawji, Francis Cooke and Matt Rachiele as new directors effective the same date. Wilmington stated the new directors bring experience that will support the company's long-term growth strategy.
Wilmington Capital Management is a Canadian investment company that focuses on alternative asset classes including hard assets and private equity funds. The company invests its capital alongside partners and co-investors through operating entities.
