The resignation, effective immediately as of February 13, 2025, was tendered for personal reasons and was not due to any form of disagreement with the company's operations, policies, or practices.
The Oregon-based company, recognized for its manufacturing of wines, confirmed that Ms. Spencer's decision to step down did not stem from any conflict with the management or any board-related issues.
