Watts Water Technologies adds Suzanne Stefany to board of directors

Watts Water Technologies Inc. (NYSE: WTS) elected Suzanne L. Stefany to its board of directors, the company announced. Stefany was also appointed to serve on the board's Governance and Sustainability Committee and Compensation Committee.
Stefany currently serves as Senior Advisor to PJT Partners, an advisory-focused investment bank, since October 2024. She previously worked as a Partner at PJT Partners from 2017 to October 2024. Before joining PJT Partners, Stefany was a Managing Director and Global Industry Analyst with Wellington Management Company.
Stefany has served as a director of AMETEK Inc., a global provider of industrial technology solutions, since 2022. She also served as a director of JELD-WEN Holding Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of doors, windows and building products, from 2017 until April 2024.

Watts Water Technologies manufactures plumbing, heating, and water quality products for commercial, residential, and industrial applications. The company is headquartered in North Andover, Massachusetts.
